This is truly an FAQ. The right answer is to use the .MSM files, which are available for download from the same page as the toolkit download. If you're careful to get all the DLL's in the proper directories and registered correctly, you could probably do your own installation; however, merging the .MSM's into your installation program is the safest and only supported way to do this.
