SOAP Toolkit FAQ - Why doesnt my low-level API application work?
Some marshalling issues with the low-level objects cause problems when they are used across process boundaries (such as medium or high protection, COM+ server apps, and VB debugger). For now, use the low-level components inproc only. This issue will be fixed in a service-pack release.
