Senior Developer
Ensure quality design and development of custom user interfaces
Develop and review code and/or configuration changes
Create technical documentation for systems within the Custom Software program as needed
Assess risks, analyze impact, and provide estimates for work required for medium-to-high complexity software systems. Provide advanced technical expertise regarding computer systems
Serve as lead analyst/investigator on high complexity support issues
Understand and comply with all established Corporate, Information Technology (IT), and software engineering policies and procedures
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2 - 4 years of experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree and 6-8 years of experience or a Master’s degree and 4- 6 years of experience is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess the ability to apply extensive technical expertise to the successful delivery of software projects.
Must possess the ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
Must possess skills/abilities in the following:
Web application development using JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, or other related technologies to build quality user interfaces
One or more .NET technologies ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, MVC
One or more unit testing tools (Microsoft, NUnit, QUnit, etc.)
Release and configuration management utilizing Team Foundation Server
Technical writing
Work in a team environment, ensuring behaviors and communication skills facilitate the overall success of the entire team
