UI, Front End Developer
You will be developing a Java-Script/HTML/CSS/jQuery based front end system involving Interactive UI that in turn interacts with a back-end server that handle millions of messages per day in a demanding operational environment for an enterprise project we are developing
.
This is a position for a Senior UI Software engineer to integrate our front-end services with back-end services and data capture systems with customer IT systems. As a key member of the software development / project team, you will design and implement intuitive, easy to use JS/HTML/CSS based interactive and innovative GUI layouts and you will also develop business logic to interface and interact with the back-end.. This position will require direct interaction with customers so excellent verbal / written communications skills is a must. The ideal candidate will comprehend customers’ existing frontend systems and provide options to enhance the customer user experience
Solid Javascript, HTML, CSS, jQuery development background
Experience in building wizard type front end interfaces and business logic that in turn interacts and interfaces with the back-end.
• Experience in having implemented front end interfaces and business logic on a Linux platform
• Experience in 3 Tier /MVC architecture
• Experience in having done UI Rapid prototyping
• Experience in having done Ruby, Ruby on rails is a plus
•GIT source code management experience is a plus
•Experience in Eclipse, Maven and God scripting is a plus
