Java Developer
Looking for a highly motivated self starter with a background in creating user information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces. Some responsibilities include: designing and developing user interfaces to internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests. Completeing applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Also, supporting users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
Java, RDBMS development (MySQL, SQL, Oracle, etc.), Unit Testing experience, Desire to work as part of a team, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Desire to always continue learning, Incredible passion for technology. Preference given to those who also have experience with: BIRT/Eclipse, Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services, Actuate or Oracle Reports experience a plus. Mobile app development experience, Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies, Knowledge of Test Driven Development Approach, JavaScript, CSS. HTML5
