Senior Application Engineer - Java/Hybris
· Work with internal customers and business systems analysts to develop, document and refine requirements. Build appropriate times lines and coordinates cross functional teams. Guide them through the process and help them understand what solutions are possible and are most advantageous.
· Translate business requirements into technical design specifications that might cross application lines and require integration.
· Utilize applicable application configuration and development toolsets to build, configure and/or test solutions that follow design specification and meet business requirements.
· Understand business drivers for a given project. Make suggestions and proposes solutions that optimize development cost with business benefits.
·
4+ year’s experience developing Java/J2EE applications
Preferred background in the Hybris multi-channel suite, including having exposure to the full development cycle
Preferred experience with the Hybris PCM, WCM, B2B and B2C eCommerce, mobile, advanced security, order management and customer service modules or similar modules from other packaged software vendors
Knowledge and experience in Hybris application stack, product roadmap and web application architecture
Experience in managing web integration to back-office systems for CRM, Agile (product master), Oracle (product/pricing data and order management), Ping Identity (SSO)
Experience with Apache SOLR implementations
