Software Engineer IV
Encodes, tests, debugs, and documents relatively difficult and complex programs
Develop complex applications or parts of complex applications
Provide coding requirements for developmental projects, which are large in scope and encompass many applications.
Provide Level of Effort (LOEs) analysis to upper management on any changes or new projects that are medium to large in scope.
Provides code development and de-bugging for medium to large projects with proficient software knowledge.
Design system solutions for systems with minimal direction.
Prepares programming specifications and writes programs of a technical nature
Provide technical assistance as necessary for lower level team members
Education: Bachelors degree or related work experience
Expert level understanding of Siebel Server architecture and hands-on experience in Siebel server administration (application and web)
Siebel Installation and setup experience in Windows/Unix is a plus
Experience in Siebel Backend Troubleshooting/Support
Investigation of Siebel Core crashes and identifying the root cause for crashes
Administration and maintenance of Siebel Enterprise
Experience working with Workflow Manager, Assignment Manager
Troubleshooting of Siebel application problems related to Siebel environments
Application performance monitoring and troubleshooting application issues
Experience Oracle DBA/SQL/PLSQL/tune SQL/Perl programming
