Network Engineer
· Broad understanding in engineering, installation, testing and maintenance of telecommunications equipment
· Strong aptitude in engineering/technical/network domain & technical business process analyses
· Develop & document as-is/to-be standard business processes, best practices, technical specifications, engineering procedures, and other relevant documentation in support of network equipment deployment
· Apply industry standards in the deployment of various telecommunications equipment platforms and serve as subject-matter expert for equipment installation within the Network Engineering organization
· Work proactively with Network Development & Planning on understanding new technologies, vendor roadmaps, hardware, network impacts & dependencies to develop standard processes & installation documentation in support of Network Engineering
· Plan initiatives, conduct analyses, investigate facts on network deployment business processes, policies & procedures, underlying information/data systems through working with cross-functional & organizational stakeholders.
· Takes full ownership of project planning and accountability for deliverables and actions
· Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal) & ability to effectively lead discussions with large & diverse groups to drive common results & enable decisions
· Works on multi-dimensional issues where analysis of processes, situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
· Advanced skills in MS Office products - specifically Excel, Access and PowerPoint
· Proficiency in Process engineering/modeling tools, data analytics, mining – Microsoft Visio, etc.
· Medium skills in Data analytics & mining
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
Three years network engineering experience
Three years project management and project implementation experience
