MINIMUM SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated experience in the management of software project requirements.
2. Ability to effectively communicate via oral, and written communications with senor management and technical staff
3. The ability to work multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in an efficient manner.
4. Knowledge of engineering methods in order to investigate and provide expert advice on aspects of software development.
DESIRED SKILLS:
1. Knowledge and experience with Software Designed Radios (SDRs) in areas such as software porting and the Software Communications Architecture (SCA).
2. Knowledge and experience with the Agile Scrum, User requirements, and/or embedded software systems.
3. DOORS preferred.
