Software Developer Analyst
1. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) plus one year of systems analysis and programming or equivalent related job experience.
2. Technical programming skills or education in the Microsoft development environment, including Visual FoxPro, Visual Basic, Microsoft .NET, XHTML, HTML, CSS is required; work experience or education in other programming languages will be considered on a case by case basis;
3. Software development cycle knowledge (design, code, source control, quality assurance, test and deployment);
4. Experience or education in relational database products such as MS SQL Server is required;
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work well within a team and project environment;
6. Background must demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a complex, dynamic environment.
7. Ability to work under pressure on a number of different projects simultaneously;
8. Commitment to keeping abreast of technology and sharing that knowledge with others;
9. Experience with healthcare information systems is a strong plus.
