ASP .NET Development Manager
* Manage the development of project scope, goals, and deliverables to support business objectives as defined by project stakeholders
* Facilitate requirements gathering and solution-design sessions with business and technical resources
* Conduct interviews with the business to identify needs, current state processes, organizational structure, and areas of concern
* Identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks
* Proven track record creating strong business relationships across the business, and working with other project teams that span the organization
* Learn new technologies to stay in alignment with company direction
* 5+ years of developing web-based solutions using Microsoft Development Technologies: C#, ASP.NET 3.5 or higher
* Experience developing web-based solutions using the following frameworks and architecture: SOA, MVC 3 or higher
* Experience successfully completing multiple end-to-end projects (e.g., technology, process improvement, organizational change, etc.)
* Experience in SCRUM (or other Agile processes) development environment
* Ability to take on new challenges and work outside of one’s comfort zone
