Senior Java Developer
> BS/BA in a computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
> 7+ years of experience in the architecture, design and development of multi-tiered client/server software systems.
> An excellent understanding of full-life cycle software development in an object oriented, use case driven environment.
> Expert level skills in Java and object-relational data persistence combined with a deep database understanding.
> Must be well versed in UML and object oriented development principles.
> Experience with graphics (Java 2D or 3D) or linear programming.
> Experience Hibernate, JPA or JDO and Oracle.
> Experience with rich client development in Swing, J2EE and HTML5.
> Experience with laboratory instrument integration using OPC.
> Experience with the Rational Unified Process or Agile methodologies.
> Intermediate knowledge of SQL, creating/optimizing stored procedures.
> JUnit or other automated testing frameworks.
> Experience with Perforce or other source control.
> Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools (such as Ant, Bamboo).
> Java 2D graphics, experience with ILOG JViews is a plus.
> Experience with the integration of linear optimization packages.
> Experience working in the biotech industry, and with LIMS systems.
