Senior Solutions Analyst
* Create and evolve preliminary design / mockup of new functionality
* Communicate technical integration needs, issues and plans with project teams
* Provide configuration requirements when adding new functionality to existing software applications
s
* Monitor and ensure platform reliability and availability to drive achievement of service level agreements; Develops the operational reports to assess performance of platforms according to the defined service level thresholds
* Acts as vendor point of contact
* Establish and Lead Governance Committees as appropriate to establish oversight, control and steering of the enterprise platform
* Work closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure that solutions are aligned with the overall enterprise strategy and meet business requirements
* Collaborate with and advise Solution Analysts, Solution Engineers, Business Analysts and other key IS teams on technical solutions
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Program/Project Management group to ensure that plans are aligned with solutions being delivered
* Work with Enterprise Quality, Risk and Compliance Group to develop and review service continuity plans
* Effectively works with peers and leaders to drive project performance, manage risks, and deliver consistently excellent results
* Manage individual workload and deliver to agreed-upon milestones
* May function in a leadership role for small teams in successful delivery of projects spanning 2-3 months with up to 4 team members
* Contribute to the development of others through coaching, feedback, sharing expertise, and being actively engaged in leading and /or participating in communities of practice as part of the extended team.
* Requires extensive relevant work experience including business analysis, testing / quality assurance, Application Development and Consulting
* extensive years of related experience in at least two of the following enterprise capability areas -- Collaboration, Information Management, Business Intelligence, Business Process Management and Externalization
* Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated Sharepoint experience.
* Experience in 3 or more of the following areas:
o Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies
o Enterprise Portal technologies
o Cloud Collaboration Clients
o Social Software suites
o Knowledge management
o Content Management and Analytics
o Web 2.0 technologies
o Enterprise Information life Cycle Management/Document Management
o Master Data Management -- principles and tools
o Service Oriented Architecture (design/build/implementation of services and orchestrations amongst various services)
o Software Development Lifecycle methodologies including Agile /SCRUM
* Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
