Software Developer Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience. * 6-10 yrs. Industry experience * MS or BS in Engineering or Science * Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality results in work product * Attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills * Demonstrated knowledge in application server and database technology. * Demonstrated experience in programming computer applications * Demonstrated expertise in one or more complex software products * Use standard tools to identify and fix Application server and Database CPU, Memory, Response Time and Network bottlenecks * Expertise in one of the programming languages (C++, Java, C, etc) * J2EE experience is a plus
