Software Engineer
1.Perform Requirement based testing (Hardware-
Software/Software-Software and Low level) as
per Do-178B guidelines.
2.Perform Peer Reviews and Analysis
3.Technical Problem resolution & Troubleshooting
4.Perform Test Case generation, Test Scripting,
Test Execution on a test station or Target
System.
5.Effectively work on Software Configuration
Management tools like PVCS/Clear Case/Visual
Source Safe.
6.Perform Static and Dynamic Structural Coverage
analysis using tools like
LDRA/McCabe/RTRT/Vector Cast.
7.Is able to use scripting languages Python,
Perl, C# for generating test scripts.
8.Works closely with other team members for
project success.
9.Identify and support in automating the
processes and project artifacts generation.
10.Perform effective technical documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
11. a Bachelor of
Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.Tech) in
Computer Science or Electronics.
12.Candidate must have atleast 2 to 3 years of
experience in testing avionics software per
DO178.
13.Participate in all phases of VnV Testing on 2
projects for atleast 6 to 8 months
duration in each project.
14.Good understanding on Software Development
Life Cycle.
