Lead Embedded Software Engineer
Seeking qualified candidates for the position of Lead Embedded Software Engineer. This position will be responsible for embedded software development for ElectroForce Products. The role is primarily focused on software for real-time measurement and control software that is used by our customers to perform a variety of mechanical and biologic tests with our electrodynamic test systems.
Skills
# Experience leading other embedded engineers.
# Designing and coding of RTOS-based real-time embedded systems.
# TCP/IP network programming
# Model-based design and code generation (Simulink, Rhapsody)
# Has been involved with all phases of product development from concept through deployment and maintenance
# Excellent organization and communication skills
# Willingness to work on fast paced, challenging engineering projects
Desired Skills:
# Understanding of control theory and practice and/or DSP
# Design and analysis of high-reliability systems
# Systems programming in a Windows environment (device driver, services)
# Embedded database experience
# Experience establishing requirements
# Development tool and library evaluation
Education
# BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
