Programmer Analyst
• Maintains the business processes at the task level while progressing toward the analysis and design phase of the Systems Development Lifecycle. Writes and tests large/complex programs from limited written or verbal specifications following defined standards.
• Assists in the software development of unique business applications.
• Writes, modifies, tests and debugs and implements application programs.
• A bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science, or related degree and 3 years of applicable experience.
• Cold Fusion programming experience, Oracle data base experience along with the understanding of SQL & PL-SQL.
• Ability to design & program complex business solutions and the ability to understand data base structures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven project definition and management capabilities.
• Tested problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident or have the authorization to work in the United States. Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for an employment VISA.
