.Net/Telephony Application Developer

- Work with other engineers, developers, architects, QA, system engineers and product managers in solving new and existing technical issues

- Understand requirements, implement designs, provide administration tools and documentation for specific projects

- Develop in C# environment, developing telephony applications, web applications, WPF, WCF, and web services,

- Perform regular on-call duties

- Participate in Design and Code Reviews

- Follow and enhance existing development processes

- Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability

- Maintain ownership of the projects assigned

- Consistently meet project deadlines

- Two (2) to three (3) years of .NET and Object Oriented programming experience

- Three (3) plus years of experience in general software development methodologies

- Two (2) years of direct experience in .NET and SQL Server

- Strong experience in building ASP.NET applications

- Strong understanding of IIS/Webservice/XML/XSL

- Experience with .Net 2.0/3.0/3.5 framework and C# required

- Experience in IP and networking protocols and architectures.

- Experience designing telephony applications

- Knowledge of the SIP protocol

- Experience architecting, designing and developing interactive applications

- Experience with WCF, WPF, Service Oriented Architecture

- Strong experience in all aspects of the software lifecycle including design and testing

- Ability to understand and start projects quickly

- Team-oriented experience highly desired

- Superb attention to detail

- Very good oral and written communication skills regardless of audience

Desired Experience

- Experience architecting, designing and developing interactive applications

- Java/J2EE development experience
