Every day is a new challenge as customers come to you with unique requirements to improve their use of their systems and websites. You should have experience with SQL procedures, data conversions and web programming. You should work directly with the customer to define requirements, develop specifications, install software and train users, so your ability to communicate complex issues and technologies to non-technical users becomes critical.
