Lead Java Developer
* BS or MS (preferred) in Computer Science/Engineering is required.
* Minimum 8+ years of experience developing large-scale software applications
* Minimum 7+ years experience developing enterprise backend system with experiences in EJB3, JPA/Hibernate, JMS and RDBMS
* Must have experience with SOAP and REST based web services.
* Must have experience in full development life-cycle, including maintenance phase.
* Must have strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design methodologies
* Must be comfortable with software development processes and tools.
* Must be comfortable with Linux development environment
* Experience in performance tuning and load testing a plus
* Ability to write shell scripts a plus
* Experience in JBoss, Apache Axis, Apach Tomcat preferred
* Must be a self starter who is able to define, clarify the unknowns.
* Must be able to work in and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Must be a team player
* Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
* Extended hour production support may be required
