Associate Software Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implementation of product features
• Resolution of software defects
• Review detailed
requirements and detailed designs works with senior colleagues to
develop a work break down and strategy for implementing product
features
• Attend career fairs when requested
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• BS in Computer Science or related degree
SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with C++, C#, or Java
• Good written and verbal communicational skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Fluency in English
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Experience with Healthcare informatics domain knowledge including: DICOM, HL7, HIS, RIS, PACS, EMR, or medical imaging
• Experience with Multi-Threaded Programming
• Experience with ACE, Boost, STL, Hibernate, JBoss or GWT
• Experience with web services
• Experience with web scripting languages and paradigms such as JavaScript, ASP.Net, AJAX
• Experience using source control tools and defect tracking tools
• Strong math skills highly desired.
