SR SYSTEMS ANALYST
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to relate to diverse age and demographic backgrounds. Experience with methods of analyzing, programming, designing, testing, and implementing computer based systems. Demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and a professional demeanor.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in applicable discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Minimum 4 years’ experience in analyzing,programming, designing, testing, and implementing computer-based systems and technology.
1. Analyze, design, implement, and maintain moderately complex computer-based systems.
2. Consult with Information Services to determine requirements for computer-based systems.
3. Participate in developing and managing project plans.
4. Provide direct technical support and second-level problem resolution assistance.
5. Plan and conduct system testing.
6. Develop, build, modify, test, and implement programs, screens, reports, control mechanisms, and technology.
7. Design, write, and prepare complete user and technical documentation for systems implemented.
8. Prioritize assigned tasks and projects based upon directives from supervisor.
