PeopleSoft HR Developer
Requirements
· DB2 database performance understanding and SQL programming.
· Provides ideas to help stimulate improved business practices.
· Identifies systems resources for best fit solutions.
· Ensures appropriate integration with PeopleSoft.
· Monitors IS progress on interface, conversion and integration tasks.
· Corrects programming errors as production support.
· Provides sufficient documentation to functional departments on new development of enhancements to current operating environment.
· Communicate any problems, ideas or opportunities related to the PS with the PeopleSoft HRMS functional areas.
· Accurately and definitively explain, orally and written, use of applications to functional users.
· Provide brief and concise documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering.
· 4 years minimum technical experience in Benefits, Payroll and HR Application Systems.
· Relational database experience required (DB2 preferred).
· UNIX experience a plus.
· PeopleSoft development utilizing Application Designer, Peoplecode, App Engine and SQR required.
