Java Developer

Required Qualifications:

# 2-6 years of Java Development experience (Java + JSP) # Practicing developer with a minimum of 2-6 years of industry experience. # Understanding of object oriented concepts, design patterns, and various open-source toolkits and frameworks # Familiarity with all aspects of software development life cycle (SDLC) # Strong SQL skills # Solid English language skills # Ability to plan, work and report through self initiative

Preferred Skills:

# Java EE experience (J2EE 1.5) # Familiarity with ORACLE or Microsoft SQL # A thorough understanding of distributed systems and clustering mechanisms is a plus # Knowledge of source revision control (CVS, SVN, etc) # Java technologies such as: EJB 3.0, JSP, JSF, Hibernate, Velocity, Spring, Struts # Web technologies such as: jQuery, dojo, Prototype, XML (XSD, XSLT)

Educational Requirements:

# Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline is highly preferred. Equivalent work experience is required.
