Lead Applications Developer
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing software programming applications. This position will participate in the creation of application architecture, technical designs and requirements, and component specifications. Participation in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software is also required. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. This position will be performing a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
This position may also involve the support of existing products and customers, in addition to documenting such support activities.

1. Experience: Familiar with information, data and terms relating to the mortgage industry
2. Expertise: Knowledge of tools, technologies and methodologies required for designing, building, testing, releasing, and supporting analytics-related products
3. Teamwork: Ability to work with a small team of developers
4. Support: Ability to work in a supporting role for existing customers and applications
5. Creativity: Ability and willingness to evaluate and learn new technologies and apply them effectively
6. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both peers and customers, and effectively document all work done
Job Qualifications Job Specifications/Requirements
• At least 7 years experience focused on either system or application software development and architecture on a variety of platforms for consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of C++, C#, Java, and scripting
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design & construction techniques
• Experience in high-performance, multi-threaded applications a plus
• Experience with unit & automated testing techniques a plus
• BS Computer Science or equivalent a plus
