SR Programmer Analyst
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Will be on call for application support. Will perform other duties as assigned.
· Excellent analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving
· Ability to gather and determine source data, processing requirements, output formats
· Install and test software packages
· Install and maintain operating systems software
· Maintain program libraries, user manuals, or technical documentation.
· Advanced level of experience with .NET and C Sharp development and understand its capabilities
· Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server database technology, T-SQL and SSIS.
· Advanced knowledge of MS SharePoint development
· Advanced knowledge of web development and technologies e.g. HTML, ASP, CSS,VBScript, JavaScript, etc.
· Advanced knowledge of ETL
· Advanced knowledge of code version control and bug tracking systems(VSS or TFS)
· Design new systems or enhancements to existing systems
· Design, implement, and document procedures
· Proven ability to support and manage business applications and infrastructure
· Proven ability to deliver on technology projects
· Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills and the ability to communicate and interact with Bank associates and management.
· Communication skills: verbal, both one-on-one and with a group, and written.
· Excellent communication skills with technical / non-technical roles and clients.
· Skills at interfacing across the organization.
· Skills in using team-based tools such as brainstorming, organizing and decision making.
· Work as part of a team.
· Advanced knowledge in coding and debugging in Visual Studio 2008.
· Advanced knowledge in coding and deploying Web Services, Windows Services, Windows Applications.
· Advanced knowledge in coding XML, XSLT and XPath.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of Banking Business Processes
· Knowledge of Cognos 8
· Knowledge of VMWare
· Knowledge in .NET 3.5 WCF, WPF,LINQ
